Sonya laughs and has fun, "yeah, we probably should go catch up to Sedrick now." Sonya then smiles as the poochyenna sits next to her. ^hey Poochyenna, would you like to join me?^
Sedrick is almost to Berry Forest, he has about a half mile to go.

The poochyena saw his houndour friend use odor sleuth to run and find Sedrick up ahead. It didn't follow it's friend, but looked up expectantly up at Sonya.
Tha taillow, on the other hand, kept it's eyes to the ground, it's wing twitching terribly. It looked as though it fainted. |

Mario feels a thud on his back and turns to see the Taillow on the ground. <Flip! Are you okay?> he asks as he squats down and rubs the Taillow to help soothe it.

It tried to speak, but seemed parlyzed out of fear to speak anything.
<T-Take me with you!> It said, not daring to look up at the sky.
All of a sudden something blotted out the sun. A shadow fell over Mario and the taillow.
<HIDE ME!!!> It chirped and flopped helplessly with it's injured wing. |

Mario looks up in confusion and sees the shadow. Almost instantly after seeing the shadow, he quickly turns back. <What is that?> he inquires as he tries to lift the Taillow in his arms without hurting it.

<It's the F-F-Fearow Commander! He came across me and provoked me to join his Aerial Ranks to fight off the Pidgeot Aces from Bicycle Road. He pursued me from that mountain ridge over to the east there!> The taillow said nudging it's sore head to the mountain ridge that rose above the Kantex Breeding Farms. Mario nods. He quickly finds a Pokeball and holds it out. <If it's alright, you can hide in here. Afterwards, though, I would like to know more about what is going on and why he's after you.> He puts the Pokeball close to the Taillow so that it only had to lean out a little to hit the button if it wanted to go in.

Sonya smiles down at Poochyenna, then grabs a pokeball from her backpack and holds it down to Poochyenna.
Sonya's pokemon see houndour leave them looking for some one else.
Sedrick stops when he finds the edge of Berry Forest and decides to wait there for Sonya, Mario, and thier pokemon. He also doesn't realize that a Houndour was soon going to find him as well.

The Commander Fearow swooped lower scanning the ground. The sun was directly above it giving the fearow an ominous silohette. It was huge! It's powerful wings beat the air again and it flew off back to the Mountain Ridge.
The houndour panted and bounded up and down on Sedrick's leg.
<Yeah! Your sister has my mate! You can have me! We can all adventure together!> It said barking excitedly and now chasing it's tail. |

Mario lets out a sigh of relief as the Fearow Commander moves on. He looks at Sonya. "Alright, let's go look for Sedrick. I'm going to wait a little longer to release Taillow, just in case the coast isn't 100% clear. Also, it seemed to have an injured wing, so I think it needs a rest."
Vixen walks alongside him with Picha now on his shoulder.

The houndour was a bit put off by Sedrick's silence. It hopped down from his leg and looked back. It saw Mario and Sonya approaching.
