(Ooc: Remember. You don't have surf from the first gym yet!)
A lapras could be seen by Kendra splashing in the middle of Maley Lake enjoying the warmth of the sun. Its song was one of joy!

(Okay, then she just went out as far as she could while still touching the bottom...)
Kendra tilted her head when she saw the Lapras and smiled. "Mudkip Mud!" -Your singing is wonderfull!- she called to the beautiful pokemon. Jade smiled and watched.

<Thanks!> It sang. It decided to sing Beethoven's Symphony for Kendra.

Kendra smiled and closed her eyes, letting the sweet melody fill her ears. Jade smiled and released the rest of her pokemon so that they could enjoy the music. Feather landed on Kendra's head as she listened to the music. Lava and Leafy went on to Smokscreening and Water Gunning each other playfully to the beat of the music. Stripes sat down and discussed the music with his tail. Tom stood next to Jade and tilted his head at the Lapras. Jade chuckled, wondering how she got stuck with such weird pokemon.

A flock of pelipper floated far away from the lapras and Kendra, engaged by the Lapras' song too.
The lapras finished the song.

Jade smiled and applauded the Lapras as it finished. "That was wonderfull. You have a very lovely voice, Lapras." she called out to it. Jade's pokemon nodded in agreement.

<Come back another time! I need to rest my voice! I'd love to sing for you again!> It said soothingly. It started to submerge.

Jade smiled and nodded. "Okay, we'll be sure to come back! Goodbye!" she said, waving at the Lapras. Her pokemon did tha same. Jade turned to them and returned all but Kendra to their pokeballs. Jade looked towards the lake one more time before walking away with Kendra at her side.

Something up ahead looked out of place. There was an electrike stuck up a tree!

Jade blinked when she saw the Eletrike. "Okay...You don't see that every day..." she said, walking up to the tree. Kendra tilted her head. "Mudkip Mud Mud?" -Are you okay?- she called up to it.

<I was chased up here by a pack of meowth!> The electrike squeaked in fear. It was 2 metre's off the ground! <And now I can't get back down!> It's front legs were holding onto a branch and it's legs were dangling. <And... I can't... hold on much longer...!> It started slipping!

Thinking fast, Jade tossed a pokeball into the air and Feather burst from it. "Okay Feather, go up and carefully get that Eletrike out of the tree." she said, pointing to the slipping pokemon. Feather grinned and nodded as she lifted off from the ground. She flew up to the Eletrike and gently wrapped her talons around its front legs. She then slowly lifted it to the ground.

It's leg buckled as it tried to adjust being on all-fours again. <Thanks! I don't know how I can repay you.> It said ever so meekly. It was so taken back by Jade's kindness, it bowed.

Jade chuckled as she returned Feather to her pokeball. "Your welcome." she said, smiling at the Eletrike. Kendra grinned from her spot on Jade's head. Jade was silent for a moment, before she finally asked, "Would you like to travel with us?"

Jade smiled as the pokeball dissapeared. "Okay, I think we should get some more training done..." she said, nodding at Kendra. The rainbow Mudkip grinned and nodded back. -Yeah, we all need to get stronger.- she said. Jade nodded again and looked around for some pokemon to battle.

A mankey jumped from a tree and glared Kendra down. It wanted to battle!

Kendra glared back at the Mankey. Jade grinned. "I think it wants to battle you, Kendra." she said, nodding. Kendra smirked and used Mud-Slap on the Mankey.

The mankey managed to counter by whacking the mud with it's fist into Kendra's face, followed by Kendra's face into it's fist. Her tackle attack did more damage to herself then to the mankey!
