Training Time for the SPMF(TM)

Tom entered the training area. He released his Pokemon, and grinned. It was time for work. It was time to do something important. It was time to teach the ^{Super Poke Mega Force}_TM team pose!

He was going to make this a group activity, but then he noticed the sadness in Shadow Blossoms eyes. He picked the poor Pokemon up and said. "I know you're feeling a little on the downside right now, so I'll let you sit this one out. You just sit on that comfy chair over their, and I'll come back to you in a minute."

As she did so, he turned back to the rest of the Pokemon, and said "Right guys, I have a little activity for you. You have to work together to come up with a team pose!"

Geo smiled. "Great idea Tom. This'll build us as a team, and make us look cooler, and-" he was cut of by Sentry.

"If you think you can make me do one of those stupid looking poses, you can forget it dummy. I'm not subjecting myself to that!"

"Indeed" Spears added. "I'm better than 99% of the people in this place, and you want me to do that ridiculous little pose? Forget it!"

Tom thought for a moment. "If you do we'll go to the Berry Forrest and get some berries!" Without saying another word, the three Pokemon got to work. "Guess they like berries."

Tom moved over to where Shadow Blossom was sat. The Pokemon was almost in tears, a sad expression adorning her face. "Aw, what's wrong?" Tom asked. He may have been a little over the top, but he wasn't heartless.

"It- it's just that, well, I've been taken away from where I live, and, and-" She burst into tears.

Tom hugged her, trying to make her feel better. He pulled a set of the team Sunglasses out of his bag, only these were silver, and not gold. "See these? These are a special set of the sunglasses that I give to everyone here. I was saving them for a very special Pokemon." He handed them to her.

"Y-you know, I don't know if that will be enough. I might need more stuff." She may have been depressed, but that didn't stop her from being sly and manipulative.

Geodude, Sentry, and Spear's Happy doubled.
Blossoms Happy went up by 2.

As Shadow Blossom attempted to convince Tom to get her more toys, Geo tapped Tom on the back.

"Tom, we're ready to try our first pose!" The rock Pokemon said, pointing to a piece of matting in-front of him. "Just keep your eyes there!"

Tom did so, and suddenly Sentry jumped on the mat. "The Super Poke Mega Force^TM, starring" Sentry used her tail as a launchpad with which to execute a double somersault, before landing perfectly back on her tail. She pointed to the air "Sentry!"

Geo ran in on his hands, jumped, and flipped twice in the air. He landed on one hand, and with the other arm flexed his bicep. "Geo!"

Spears swooped in between the pair, took to the air again, circled twice, the set itself down between the and stretched to reveal his wingspan. "and Spears!"

Tom clapped. "Very good guys, very good!" He said.

Shadow Blossom was merely bemused by the whole thing. These people want me to be less depressed?

The Pokemon were noticeably happier. "See? You enjoyed it!" Tom said.

"You're still a $@!#" Was Sentry's answer.

"Now." Tom continued. "Before we go to the Berry Forrest, we're going to do a little combat training! Spears, I want you to do continuing diving swoops on Geo, trying to hit him with peck attack. Geo, dodge as best you can. However, I want you to try and hit Sentry with tackle. Sentry, when Spears comes down to hit Geo, you try and get him with Quick Attack, and at the same time dodge Geo. Spears, try not to get hit with Quick Attack. Ready? Go!"

With that, the three Pokemon played their game of cat and mouse, testing their speed as best they could. After 10 minutes of action, Sentry had won, hitting Spears with a Quick Attack at faster speeds than any of the others could even see.

"Nice. All of you, that was good." Tom said.

Spears gained 1.5 levels(Peck on a Rock type? Shame)
Geo gained 2.5 levels
Sentry gained 3 levels.
Blossoms Happy was raised by 4.

"Right guys, let's head off to the Berry Forrest." Tom said. "You guys happy on foot, or do you wanna rest in your pokeballs.

"I think we're fine on foot." Geo said. "Apart from Spears. He'll be flying."

"Tooooommmm" Shadow blossom whined "I'm still sad, and I don't want to walk, but I want to stay outside. Could I take a ride on your back?"

"Sure I guess." Tom said, as the quartet left the Training area.
