I think it's time I left Kantex. Don't get me wrong, it's been great, and I'm not leaving, leaving, I'm just devoting my time elsewhere. Mostly Andelli. These past few months, Kantex has (for me) really gone downhill. I miss the days when Banjin was new. Bella didn't exist and when Milo was a regular. When PBK could mention Marco and Jai and Neo, and everyone would know in an instant who they were. I have a lot of regrets, but a lot of great memories. I'm not leaving forever, just don't expect me to be on. I'll still log in and mod my heart out occasionally, but you'll have to leave it to Ash, since he's (going to be) admin, and by the looks of things, at the moment, he'll be the only active staffie. I feel a little guilty, being the most active staff member, and leaving, but Kantex has moved on without me, and I don't think I can keep up. And I don't want to have to worry about what's going on here. Andelli needs more attention. It's no-ones fault, and it's not in any way to spite you. I'm being almost selfish. I'm doing this for me.
I'm sure Kantex has a great future ahead of it, and though at many times, I envisioned myself (admittedly, in those visions, I was admin), leading it there. I envisioned myself helping others to see the joy in RPing, just as Kantex had for me. Watching the school day tick by, because of the anticipation of finding out what elaborate plot PBK, the unquestioned goddess of RPing, had cooked up for me. PBK brought many of my dreams to life. And for that I thank her.
There are a lot of people I want to say goodbye to, and to thank. even though I know I'll probably see some of you again in Andelli...
Gravon, for leading this site.
PBK, for being herself.
Nova (even though she isn't here atm) for the long conversations on the c-box, and for the huge adventures that we had together.
Jess (Even though I didn't know her) for bringing Kantex to life.
Radio, for RPing Milo, who was Nero's first friend, as well as creating Andelli.
Darkaan, for being the person I strived to get further than (I did it, yes!)
Xenos, for being full of win.
Hammy, for showing people that there are other RPers in England (Go Britannia!)
and, last, but not least,
Larry Page, and Sergei Brin, for creating google, without which, I never would have found Kantex.
I love this site, and I love you all.
But I need to move on.
Goodbye everyone.
Nish
