Vivian and her Kabuto traveled down Route 1. She wondered what Pokemon she would find in this route. Her Kabuto was in her arms.

"Wow. I've never seen a Pidgey that large..." Shell, Vivian's Kabuto, tried to struggle out of Vivian's arms. Vivian laughed as her arms were tickled.
<I wanna battle!> Shell whispered to Vivian, eager to battle the two large Pidgeys.
"What if they're strong?"
Shell looked down, a look of disappointment.

But the Pidgeys weren't acting strong. In fact, they were having trouble staying in the air; they were so large. The fact that they were even in the air seemed to defy the laws of gravity.

Shell saw the Caterpies and tried to struggle out of Vivian's arms again. "Alright... Shell! Time for your first battle!" <Alright!> Shell, without command, used Tackle on one of the Caterpies. |

<Oh no!> one of the Pidgeys cried.

<You hurt Catty!> Brother Pidgey screamed.
Both bird pokemon tackled Shell. |

Shell fell backwards, but used Tackle back at one of the Pidgeys.
Vivian licked her lips nervously.

<YOW!?!> Brother Pidgey yelled as he fell to the ground, no longer strong enough to fight back, let alone fly. He sucked on his hurt foot.

Shell was blinded by the sand.
"Use Tackle!"
Shell did so.

But Shell hit nothing. When the sand had cleared, all three pokemon had disappeared. Something had been written sloppily in the sand:
Please don't hurt our friends.
Accept this as our peace offering.
Right under the writing stood a small pile of items.
Vivian found 2 Berries, 1 Potion and 1 Half-Eaten Apple! |

Vivian smiled and took the items. She waved farewell to the Pidgeys and hugged Shell.

Vivian laughed and returned it to it's Pokeball.

Taillow fainted. The end. Now go to Route 2. JK!!!
Taillow shot up into the air, avoiding the Kabuto's attack. It landed in the tree, and proceeded to laugh at the funny looking pokemon who had tried to hurt it. |
