The Kantex Region Laboratory has a number of rules, so please adhere to them:
You are allowed to request any pokemon provided it fulfils the following criteria:
It must be completely unevolved; therefore, you cannot ask for a Raichu.
This rule does not apply to baby pokemon; therefore, you can ask for a Pichu or a Pikachu, even though a Pikachu is technically an evolved pokemon.
Kantex defines baby pokemon as any of the following fourteen pokemon:

Riolu and Togepi do NOT count as baby pokemon by the Kantex definition, even though they can only be obtained through breeding as they were introduced in the same generation as their successors and also because their evolutions are relatively powerful
Kantex Laboratory does not hand out rare fossil pokemon to beginner trainers, though if they find a fossil and bring it to the lab, they will resurrect the pokemon. The following pokemon are affected by this restriction:
Kantex Laboratories do not house any legendary pokemon, though if you are lucky enough to capture one, you can bring it to the labs to get a weaker one cloned for personal use. Kantex defines Phione as legendary, but not Rotom.
If the pokemon you choose can have multiple forms, you will always be given one in it’s “base” form - for example, you will not be given any of the Possessed Appliance Rotoms, only a plain one. It is up to your character to explore Kantex and find out how to change your pokemon’s forms. For location dependent pokemon like Burmy, the Lab is treated as CITY. For weather dependent pokemon like Castform and Cherrim, the weather depends on the role-play.
You are allowed to request pokemon in one of the following four forms; regular, shiny, shadow and rainbow. Any other pokemon types; such as Starsung or Dark Aura are purely dependent on the role-play, and the lab does not care for such varieties.
