"Hello sir, how may I help you today?" the man at the fishing stall asked. He laughed when he saw the short pokemon beside Mac, which he hadn't noticed initially. It just struck him as funny.

Nova looked around the town for a pokecenter, but she spotted the fishing stall "oh! this looks good" she told her self, Sunny and Trixy trailing behind her. Novas heart jumped as her eyes fell on the mudkip ball "oh!.....i need a water pokemon...and Mudkip are so cute... i'll take that Mudkip please" she said grinning.

The stalls person handed the mudkip's pokeball and accepted her money as Nova inquired about selling her nugget.
"Ugh! How insulting YOU are! We sell them to YOU! You expect us to by that junk back!" Spat the unprofessional businessman. He didn't seemed fussed that he attracted the eyes of passersby on the pier. He looked Nova down, threateningly. Wasn't he touchy!

Nova sighed "ok ok, i'm sorry" she told him "i'll just take my business else where" and with that she left,Mudkip's ball in her hand. rolling her eyes as she got farther away. headed for the pokemon center.

Out of nowhere, Mac heard some noise. It was distance, but it sounded liked something was going on out of town. "What was that?" he asked, although he might as well and go see for himself. Larvitar looked in the direction, he couldn't hear better unless he was underground.
Mac finally figured out where it was coming from. Route 2, where he just came from. "Is there something going on out of town?" he asked the man.

The stalls person looked uninterested to where Mac was looking.
"Yeah, something weird has happened up at route 2. Police are up there now. Sleuths haven't arrived yet, but maybe you can catch up with the goss over there by seeing what's up."

Darkaan ran from the market place towards the pier. He spotted the familiar looking stall; a big smile on his face when he saw the cheap glistening merchandise.
"Hey mate! Can I buy those two star pieces off you and those three small pearls? And why not! I'd like to by that dragon scale too!"
Darkaan added the price up in his head. He pulled out $3050 to pay for his new stash. He saw Mac standing there.
"You a trainer?" He asked, automatically regretting it as he just spotted his pokebelt.

"Hm? Yeah, are you?" Mac noticed Darkann. He was beginning to wonder how strong he was, or if he was actually another trainer. For now, Mac just kept his mouth shut.
He then turned to the stall person, "Thanks."

"You better believe it!" Darkaan said. Acting arrogantly, he threw his luxury ball to the ground and released his larvitar. "This was my starter pokemon: Mortochi. Who was your starter?"

Mac pointed to his own Larvitar, who was still trying to look at everything on the counters. "My starter is also a Larvitar," Mac stated, not saying anything else he probably could have said.

"Well. Maybe we can get eachother's details, and we can meet up for a battle sometime? See which larvitar is stronger! What's your larvitar's name? I also have a pupitar. His names Kenan." Darkaan said. His eyes looked over Marco's shoulder out across the water's of Maley Lake. He could police were lined along the shoreline, looking at something.
"I should check that out," he thought. He glued his eyes back to Mac.

"I just call him Larvitar," Mac said. He knew that his secret was probably going to be blown away, but he stopped believing that when Darkaan was looking past Mac. "I should probably go too," Mac said, thinking he was talking about the commotion.

Darkaan watched Mac move off... And he didn't even get his details. What a shame.
Darkaan, with his hands loaded, planned to make a stop off on the way out of town... ;D

Oink walked up to the Fishing Stall nochalantly, her hands tucked into the pockets of her ever-presnt jeans. She placed her money down and asked "May I have three Star Pieces please? I'm planning to battle the Gym Leader, and I need the cash.

"That would be $1800 please." Said the stallsperson, putting three starpieces on the counter.
"You think you've got what it takes? I tried training pokemon when I was younger, but found I wasn't good at it. I just have a poliwag who helps me and me mates fish to run this type of business."

"I'm sorry to hear that!" Oink exclaimed. " I do think I've got what it takes. I have some friends who have been very successful, and Twig certainly thinks I can do it!"
ooc:Surprise to see you! I thought you weren't coming back on till Febuary!

(Ooc: Yeah. But I'm finding time available at the moment. If I can squeeze this site in at any time, I will.)
"That's what I said, too. Man, but trainers can be pretty nasty too. The Pokemon League is a ladder for opportunists. Don't be surprised that one day your friends stab you in the back and strip you of your accomplishments because you 'might' outdo them. To some it's all about winning. And they will do anything to keep their reputation untarnished."
The stalls person seemed to be reminiscing back into his earlier days. He carried a bitter expression on his face.

Banjin chuckled as he saw the low prices of certain items. He placed $2400 on the counter.
"I'll take those four Star Pieces."

Banjin smirked. "Not right now...I'll be back in a little while with some cash, though."
Banjin walked away from the little shop, whistling cheerfully all the way to the Poke-shop
