Just a few new rules for the MODS to follow...
1. One MOD cannot take control of a new/rare pokemon that another MOD/ADMIN has created for a trainer to catch.
2. MODS must get permission from the creater of a new Pokemon before they can issue it to a trainer in the wild or at the lab, unless the pokemon was created by the MOD themself.
3. Rare/Legendary pokemon are not to be issued in the wild; only ADMIN may be able to do so.
