<This route looks Interesting!>

[Darkaan]

Darkaan soared with Fearow out of Shellau Town, over Route 3 (Inferno Peak and Monument Plateau looked absolutely spectacular from up here) and above Route 4.

Darkaan planned to fly straight to Lecana. But Fearow had other plans. From up here, he was curious with the different colour forests and checkered fields on Route 4.

<This route looks Interesting!> Squawked Fearow to Darkaan.
"No just keep flying!" Yelled Darkaan. But Fearow ignored his trainers instructions as they descended into Route 4.

They landed towards the start of the route and Darkaan, angry with his Fearow's decision to check out the route, put him back in his pokeball.

He released his Magmar, Thundigar and Tyranitar. Fearow came out again but Darkaan returned him to the ball again.

He started reading the TI Sign...

[Professor Gravon]

<Ooh! Guests!> Came a voice from behind a giant mushroom.

A number of spinda jumped out from behind the odd trees, mushrooms, shrubs and giant flowers and started dancing around each individual in Darkaan's group.

Four danced around him. Five danced around Magmar. Four danced around Tyranitar and four danced around Thundigar!

[Darkaan]

<Oh hey guys! Let me dance with you!> Magmar cried with delight. He started dancing in the middle. Thundigar followed suit. He too started dancing!

Tyranitar waddled over to Darkaan.
<These pokemon are annoying!>

Darkaan heard him but continued reading the TI. He withdrew his notebook and started jotting down information about the special mushrooms.
"Interesting."

After he recorded them, he flipped through his book to see what pokemon he'd like to catch on this route... None! Except maybe the common taillow or hoothoot...

[Professor Gravon]

The spinda broke out in song...

[Darkaan]

Fearow tried to break out again but Darkaan returned him to the pokeball, again!

<Oh no! PLEASE! I don't wanna hear this!> Tyranitar cried blocking his ears. The spinda continued dancing around him

Magmar and Thundigar froze and didn't know what to do. After a while Thundigar started to sing in harmony and Magmar got board and started juggling fireballs. The spinda continued to dance around them individually.

Darkaan ignored the spinda singing.

[Professor Gravon]

Two checkered mushroom were growing from the base of the Trainer Information Sign.

[Darkaan]

"Ooh!" Darkaan bent down and picked them and started walking.

He continued to ignore the spinda and encourage his others to do the same. Magmar just juggled away and ignored the spinda circling him. Larvitar clutched at its earholes trying to block their song and was with Darkaan. Thundigar was continued singing with them...

Their circling, dancing and singing did not cease as they walked on...

But a pokemon heard the spinda's song and stumbled onto the path behind a giant mushroom.
It was an electrike!
"Ah! Guests!"



(four zigzag and two checkered mushrooms grew around the giant mushroom)

[Darkaan]

Darkaan was doing will ignoring the seventeen singing and dancing, circling spinda. Once again Fearow tried to break out, but Darkaan managed to withhold him.
Darkaan continued walking, obsessed looking for the special mushrooms through the spinda that danced around him. He spotted the patch around the big mushroom and ran to pick them.

[Professor Gravon]

The spinda danced and sung on... Even though Darkaan ran towards the mushroom patch they kept their own tempo and their circle was never not perfect.

The electrike saw Darkaan and the spinda approach but the spinda jumped over the giant mushrooms and the electrike and continued their dance around Darkaan.

<Heh! Heh! Welcome guest to the most craziest place in all Kantex!> It said.
It then started releasing sparks into the sky and they exploded like fireworks. They were loud too!

[Darkaan]

"Wow! Awesome!" Darkaan ogled at the sparkworks going off in the air with a bang.

The noise on the route however was getting a bit much for him, however. The seventeen spinda continued to sing.

"Thats an awesome talent!" Yelled Darkaan to the electrike over the singing spinda. He approached it bent down to gather the zigzag and checkered mushrooms.

[Professor Gravon]

The electrike enjoyed Darkaan's praise. It jumped up on the tops of the giant mushrooms.

When it landed on the highest it started releasing more sparkworks! These flew and exploded even higher!

[Darkaan]

The combination of the growing intensity noise was so loud, that his ears started to bleed.

He clutched his ears in pain and fell to the ground.
<Oh! Darkaan!>Larvitar ran up to his trainer.

Magmar ignored the whole world and continued to focus on juggling the fireballs just so he could ignore the spinda's annoying song.

Electabuzz didn't notice his trainer in pain and loved the attention the spinda were giving him as they continued to walk on down the route. He started dancing with the spinda's song!

[Professor Gravon]

Something flew above and sailed out of control when hit by one of the electrike's sparkworks. It fell near Darkaan.

When electrike looked down, it saw Darkaan in agony, clutching his bleeding ears and the fainted pokemon.

The fainted pokemon was a taillow.

[Darkaan]

"Oh poor thing!" Darkaan said still clutching his ears. He looked at the fainted bird. Larvitar pet it gently mourning for the poor bird too.

Darkaan looked up at the electrike and saw it looking down at him.
"Look what you've done! Please help!" Begged Darkaan, his ears still bleeding.

Why won't the spinda shut-up and stop dancing around him?

[Professor Gravon]

<Oh so sorry!> The electrike gasped. It bounced down the mushroom tops to Darkaan to examine the fainted taillow more closely.

The spinda changed song.

I know a song that'll get on your nerves,
Get on your nerves, get on your nerves...

[Darkaan]

Darkaan started getting angry with the spinda.

"They're actually dancing around us and singing annoying songs to get us angry!" He thought.

But his attention was turned once again on the bird pokemon. He looked at the electrike.
"Are there any chansey close by that can possibly heal it?"

[Professor Gravon]

<No. They're dealing with pokemon just hurt from a local attack. Why can't you take it with you and heal it at the next village?>

[Darkaan]

Darkaan pulled out a pokeball and gently pushed it against the taillow.

[Professor Gravon]

The taillow remained within the pokeball.

The electrike really liked Darkaan's heart for pokemon. It just saw a trainer put a pokemon before itself.
It ran off to the woods, (these woods were blue) and barked.

The spinda continued singing and dancing around them all.

[Darkaan]

"Please! Stop!" Begged Darkaan as the spinda sang on. "You're damaging my sensitive ears!" He pleaded as his ears continued to bleed.

He walked to his newly caught magmar. He was thinking his new pokemon might be able solidify the blood to prevent the continue bleeding. It ignored him as it continued to juggle.

"Hey magmar! Can you help dry up the blood?"
It ignored him. The magmar wasn't really interested in its owner.
Frustrated Darkaan spun to the spinda.
"Do you know where I can get help help?" He begged motioning towards his bleeding ears.

[Professor Gravon]

A very big and beautiful roselia came out of the blue woods and approached Darkaan. The electrike looked up at it.
<Please heal the human's pain!>

The roselia approached Darkaa and knelt before him.
<Want me to heal you with my herbal medicines?>

[Darkaan]

"How? If you can stop the bleeding that would be wonderful!" Darkaan exclaimed, intimidated by the roselia's side but enchanted but its beauty and soothing voice.

[Professor Gravon]

The roselia released some of its poisons, grabbed a few blades of grass and took something from its back. Then with its rose like hands it did something to the mixture that turned liquid like on the ground.
She placed it on his ears and directed him to turn his head from side to side so that the medicine would go inside his ears. As soon as the liquid went in his pain was gone yet a sudden wooziness hit him.

[Darkaan]

Darkaan took his hands away from his ears as they weren't bleeding. But he felt a strange sensation jumping aorund in his head.

With the spinda constantly dancing around Tyranitar, magmar, Thundigar and himself, he returned all except Tyranitar back to their balls.

He held Tyranitar in his arms.

"Now are you gonna buggar off?" Darkaan hissed at the annoying spinda.
